Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Young Math Brains (the “Service”), an online mathematics learning platform for CBSE Class 10 students. Young Math Brains is operated as a sole proprietorship by Anand Subramanian, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. By creating an account, starting the free trial, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

The account holder must be at least 18 years old. The Service is intended for school students, who are minors, and is meant to be used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the student, or that you use the Service with their knowledge and permission. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

2. What we provide

The Service gives access to concept-learning apps, adaptive practice, mock tests, worked solutions, and progress dashboards for the CBSE Class 10 mathematics curriculum. We may add, change, or remove features and content from time to time to improve the Service.

3. Free trial and free content

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all chapters, so you can try the Service before paying. After the trial, one chapter remains free until 31 March, the end of the current CBSE school year; the remaining chapters require a paid plan. We encourage you to use the trial fully and make an informed decision before purchasing.

4. Plans, prices, and payment

Paid plans and their prices (in Indian Rupees or US Dollars, depending on your region) are shown on the billing page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details. Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed access period. They do not renew automatically and we never charge you again without a fresh, deliberate purchase by you. Your access runs until the expiry date shown at purchase.

5. Delivery of the Service

The Service is delivered digitally. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. Access is granted to your account immediately after a payment is successfully verified.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Because we offer a 14-day full-access free trial and the Service is a digital product, payments are non-refundable. Since nothing renews automatically, there is no subscription to cancel; your access simply ends on its expiry date. Genuine billing errors are always put right. 7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share, sell, or transfer your account or login to anyone else;
  • copy, redistribute, publish, or resell any of our questions, solutions, animations, or other content;
  • attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its data; or
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including the concept apps, question banks, solutions, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Young Math Brains or its licensors and is protected by law. “CBSE” and any curriculum references belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by CBSE. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own study only.

9. No guarantee of results

The Service is a learning aid. While we work hard to make it effective, we cannot guarantee any particular exam marks, grades, or outcomes, which depend on each student’s own effort and circumstances.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. There may be occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anand Subramanian and Young Math Brains will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
