Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective date: 25 June 2026
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Young Math Brains, operated by Anand Subramanian, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Please read it before you pay.
1. Try before you pay
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all chapters, and one chapter stays free until 31 March, the end of the current school year. We strongly encourage you to use the trial and explore the lessons, practice, and mock tests so you can make a confident, informed decision before paying.
2. One-time payments, no auto-renewal
Our plans are one-time purchases for a fixed access period. They do not renew automatically, and we will never charge you again unless you choose to make a fresh purchase yourself. Your access continues until the expiry date shown to you at the time of purchase, after which it simply ends.
3. Cancellation
Because nothing renews automatically, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. If you decide not to continue, you do not need to do anything; you keep your access until the current period expires, and you will not be charged again.
4. Refunds
In view of the 14-day full-access free trial and the digital nature of the Service, payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, it is final, and partial or pro-rated refunds are not provided for unused time.
5. Billing errors and failed access
We always correct genuine billing problems. If you were charged more than once for the same plan, or your payment succeeded but access was not granted, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and, where confirmed, either grant the access you paid for or reverse a genuine duplicate charge.
6. How to reach us
For any payment or access concern, email connect@youngmathbrains.com or call +91-97415-33366. See our Contact page for more. We usually respond within 24 hours.
